Keegan Allen

American television actor best known for playing the role of Toby Cavanaugh on ABC Family's popular television show Pretty Little Liars. He earned his first acting role at the age of 13 in a short film called Small Emergencies.  He was nominated for a 2011 Teen Choice Award in the Choice Summer TV Star: Male category.  He is the son of Joan Snyder and Phillip Allen, a theater actor, and he also has one sister.
