Kevin Kenkel

Kevin Kenkel is an American born actor from two Marine military parents in Jacksonville, NC on the Marine Base of Camp Lejeune. From an early age Kevin learned Martial arts at the age of 6 years old from his father and later different instructors for different styles of Martial arts. Kevin also started learning guitar from the early age of 12 and quickly between the 2 interests grew to be very proficient at the 2 skills. Kevin would then grow an interest in the arts and entertainment as he aged to realize he wanted to entertain others. Kevin decided to start a band with 2 high school friends and then quickly found a 3rd member to form the Tearblind. After 2 successful years of playing guitar in front of 100's to 1000's of people and regional airtime on Local radio stations, Tearblind got 1 major record label look that didn't go through. The band then broke up. After the disbandment of the band Kevin still wanted to entertain and began to move into the field of acting at the age of 28 after relocating to Kansas City to become a personal trainer. Taking his love for martial arts and working out Kevin began to compete in Martial arts Tournaments and Physique Competitions. Kevin started gymnastics and tumbling lessons to expand upon his overall skill set. He then enrolled into the Commercial Actors Studio where he has been studying for 5 years and continues to study his craft of acting there. During the 5 years of acting Kevin has appeared in several short films, feature films, infomercials and music videos. Kevin is acting and using his skills in the martial arts, tumbling and physique training to expand upon his quest of becoming a great and entertaining actor for years to come.
